Jason Lantier, a licensed behavior analyst since 2009, specializes in the treatment of Autism and other cognitive diagnoses. With a graduate degree in Psychology focused on behavior analysis and a background in business administration, Jason has developed extensive expertise in creating ABA training programs.

He has worked with a diverse range of clients in various settings, including schools, hospitals, private homes, and residential treatment facilities.As the Co-Founder of Path 2 Potential, LLC (P2P), established in 2017, Jason has driven the company to become one of the fastest-growing ABA organizations in the New York region. His leadership ensures the effective application of ABA principles to treat individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Additionally, Jason co-founded LUV MICHAEL, a food-manufacturing company providing employment opportunities for adults with autism, and serves as the president of Angels 4 Autism, INC, a non-profit dedicated to offering ABA services and resources to underprivileged individuals with autism.
